Temporary loan paid up over 8 months ago and still on credit bureaus & they’re stalling with paid up letter.

I called the Premier call center at 10:32am asking for a paid up letter on my Temporary which was closed back in Feb/March but still shows on the credit bureau’s. I spoke to Charity Mashigo who informed me that she has sent the request & I will receive the letter within 4 hours which was totally abnormal as I’ll always receive it within an hour. 14:50 I go to secure chats to find out as to why did they not stick to their ETA and Emmah Dhlamini tells me to wait for another 4 business days, which I find it as insane because it is not even my fault that they did not inform the credit bureaus for over 6 months that their Temporary loan is paid up and now I have to wait days for them to furnish me with a letter stating that I do not owe something which was paid long time ago. I want that letter today
