Temporary Loan on my Credit Profile not Updated Second Time

They say how can we help you but they want you to work for it.

This is the second time, where i take their temporary loan and after payment they dont remove it from my credit profile. When I call I am told I should send them my credit report that show their account. Really, reports cost money and time. I didnt put myself on credit bureau but I have to prove to the people who put me there that I am still really listed as owing.

Whats so hard for FNB temporary loan people to check my claim with the credit bureau, and correct if they find that I am right. Not waste my time with emails and credit reports. This is appalling. You list people, when they have paid, you leave their name there showing they are still owing, no updates, as long as you got your money, you just dont care about my profile. Very bad service
