Temporary Loan Not available

Hi FNB <br> <br> I have been having access to temporary loan on my account for some months and always paid in time with no problems, now FNB has removed it and I don't know why. Please can you sort this out urgently ?<br> <br> If you cant restore this service for what ever reason please just let me know and I will switch to another bank since its a significant service to my personal finance, please keep all communication via email as I cant take calls during working hours thank you.
