Temporary loan never paid

On 10 January 2016 i app**** for temporary loan at an FNB ATM in saldanha that loan was never paid to my account when i check my transaction history shows that i app**** for it whe i enquire this the respond that i get instead of telling me what happened to the money i app**** for Kindly note that the Temp loan was granted on the 10-01-2016 R500 plus initiation fee of R65 = R565, the loan is due on the 15-02-2016. The temp loan only reflected on clients profile on 11-01-2016 because the 10-01-2016 is not a working day. The temporary loan is reflected on your transactional history.
