FNB is failing to respond to my REF 848798 query the matter was referred to complaints manager but until now still waiting since 25 jan 2016 this is the respond that i got hank you for taking the time to express your concerns and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly be advised that your comments have been escalated to the relevant manager to address this matter urgently.
