Temporary Loan is a joke!!!!

I have been with FNB for 4 years now and I have been hugely satisfied. I pay exorbitant fees for my private clients cheque account but overall I have been happy to remain loyal to FNB. This is the first time I am really truelly unhappy. I have been offered a temporary loan on several occasions which I accepted. This has to be repaid within 30 days and every time it was repaid accordingly. I took up an offer on the 31 May 2017 because I urgently needed to assist a friend and my commission payment was due to go into my account on 1 June 2017, I duly informed my private banker on 31 May 2017 to please request temporary loans department not to deduct the repayment on the 1 June 2017 as of course I would not be silly to take a temporary loan for 1 day and pay a fee of R 625. Lo and behold, temporary loans department deducted repayment on 1 June 2017. And after much pleading and begging they refused to reverse that but instead offered me another loan. and of course because I had planned to only pay back the first loan by 25 June 2017, I had no choice but to take up the offer again and of course I will pay another R625 in fees. It became obvious that I would not win ,so I resigned myself to defeat. So then I had a measly R2.08 in my account and to my amu*****t temporary loans deducted this towards my loan repayment. This has never happened before. FNB is happy to charge me huge fees on my cheque acccount and happy for my money to into that acccount and I have always repaid previous temporary loans within the required timeframe .Yet now I'm being treated like a shady character ,so every cent that goes into the account is being deducted toward that temporary loan. So just to see what happens ,I have been putting 0.50c at a time to see if they will deduct and lo and behold they do. Then my banker tells me that the computer is automatically programmed to deduct every cent that goes into the account until the loan is repaid. So then the robots have taken over FNB , because they just do what they are programmed to do and really those robots could care less about a customers experience or satisfaction. I am truelly disappointed and almost saddened because I have been so happy thus far and have been encouraging friends ,family and clients to join FNB only to be treated in this manner. I guess its that start of computers taking over the world hey? Seems like they have taken over FNB. Perhaps I will be lucky to receive an automated response from and FNB Robot feigning empathy at my experience!
