Temporary loan from 3 years still in my name

<p>Well no this is a story. Since according to me , since your "collections department " annoyed me in 2014 to pay this loan . So which I did swiftly but after annoying fights that money was deducted and so on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well here we are in 2017 and guess what this thing is still on my name after promises where made that it is payed up and they will clear my name . </p> <p> </p> <p>So now I am asking not so nicely anymore since your collection company seem *********** to assist me I need this cleared today or will be forced to go to the ombudsman and sort this out. Since three years is ridiculous to not be able to do your job and waiting for a lady to sent me my letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>well I hope to here from you soon</p>
