Temporary loan fnb

Fnb temporary loan every day, week's, months almost a year October 2025 and December 2025 still show owe them. Have received email paid up letters that's said its close but they don't di they work. Still shows on credit bearu. Fnb have said have updated its bull ****. Can't trust them can't even di the job that they are saying.

Have all the emails,phone calls paid up letters but credit beuro always said 21 business days update long time over that still the same it's already months pass almost one year still the same.
