Temporary Loan Facility back-fire's

<p>I am a FNB account holder with premier banking status (platinum account) and regrettably I had an unfortunate incident that made me severely in need of cash. I opted for the temporary loan facility and on the onset qualified for R7000 of which I must repay R7840. I did what I had to do and placed R2000 of said funds in my Savings Pocket a facility within the account to use by this week. I eventually yesterday after transferring the funds to my active premier account and having purchased various things before having to use the balance of approximately R1350 today, i discovered that FNB took this available temporary loan funds as a down payment as my transfer was seen as a deposit. How can the very funds I received from temporary loand revolving within the account facility I hold be seen as deposits? As I am typing this review I dont even know how I am going home from work as I thought I could withdraw some money for traveling. I have 11 month old that needs diapers and a sick 3 year ols who probably needs to go to a doctor for which I needed the money. I will close my account with you as your Customer Care Line and Temporary Loan agents told me they cannot help the matter is done and a request to have the funds reverses are probable but not possible. </p>
