Temporary loan dispute

Good day, I still haven't received a proper feedback from FNB regarding the removal of the temporary loan from itc. I just get endless emails and I did send my credit report which shows that the temporary loan is still open.account number TLN***. Kindly assist as it's also messing up my business credit score. Last year I complained to FNB but nothing is being done.
