Temporary loan cancellation impossible

Temporary loan taken in error on my app is becoming a nightmare. I tried to cancel it and get caught up in long waiting time on phone. Explaining myself over and over again to different consultants and still not solved or cancelled. Each time a deposit is made in my account a deduction is made! R1800 of my own money taken (2 deductions) and I have not used the loan. When more deposits are made more deductions! **** FNB
