Temporary Loan and App options Error/Glitch

Case number: Rc*** Yesterday I tried to apply for a temp loan. for some odd reason the option to apply had disappeared. I also noticed that the app had been revamped. This morning I attempted to apply again on my app, and the option to apply was available. I app**** as per usual, but this time the option to specify my loan amount was not made available and as a result the bank granted me the full amount that I had qualified for. So i immediately called the bank, to let them know that this amount was not my intended one, and that the app did not give me the option to specify amount as it usually did. The banker successfully took the amount that I did not need but told me unfortunately the initiation fee of the initial loan amount is still payable. which I find really unfair. There seems to have been a glitch with the app, because at all times this option is made available. now I sit with a temp loan of about R1000 and an initiation fee of R952 whereas had the option to specify amount been made available the initiation fee would have been around R130. why was the option to specify amount not made available this time? I am really disappointed, This is not fair. In stead of the app being improved now there are less options and it is costing me an unnecessary initiation exorbitant fee.
