Temporary loan
I recently used the temporary loan facility which I usually pay in full on my pay date which is the 25th, however I made a transfer from my credit card or R135.00 to my FNB Gold Cheque account. This morning I noticed that the amount of R135.00 transferred from my FNB credit card was deducted as a payment for my temporary loan.<br> <br> I'm seriously unhappy about this as the full payment should go off the day I get paid the 25th of this month. I request that the deduction of R135.00 be reversed back into my FNB Gold Cheque account. If not I will have no choice but to close my credit card account, my FNB Gold cheque account and cancel all future business with FNB as I've been experiencing too many problems with service and the company
