Temporary loan

Have you ever read how disappointing your service is? How many customers are rating you 1x star out of 5? How can you only approve a temporary load 1 day before pay-date, when you declined it the whole month? Is this a joke to you when someone needs a loan and you always say "system does not approve?" How dumb or drunk are your IT programmers or developers to allow "system to approve temp loans 1 day before payday? Pathetic. I am moving my finances to a bank that listens to customer needs not to be refered to a dumb "system" for approval.
