Temporary Loan
I am very disappointed about the fact that I am being denied Temporary Loan this month due to "System" not giving me one. I am not facing a R2500 debt that I was gonna pay off with that loan. From last year July I have been getting a Temporary Loan, now all of a sudden your system does not offer me one. I have to sell some of my belongings or even resort to loan sharks in order to get that money. I am definitely going to take my Salary and services to another bank that cares about customers. A bank that will give me A REAL PERSON to talk to, when in need, NOT A SYSTEM GENERATED LOAN. Your system does not care who the peoples needs are.
