Temporary Loan

I am so disappointed in FNB Temporary loans. I have been a customer for years and have had several Temporary loans before which were all paid up within a week from requesting the temporary loan. I missed one month payment and the next month everything was paid they took all their money from my salary but when I wanted another Temporary Loan they would not give me one. I have been a loyal customer for years and never owed them anything but when you urgently need their assistance this is what they are doing. I have tried for 2 months now for a temporary loan - still nothing. How do they do this. Why do they advertise this option but refuse to help their own customers. It is not a new account. I have been with them for years and years. But I guess you are just another dollar to FNB they don't care about you personally.
