Temp loans arrears nightmare.

I have recently noticed that my credit score went down due to three accounts that are in arrears for temp loans which I have paid off. I am not aware of these arrears as I always pay off my temp loans with FNB. What is frustrating is that I have never received any communication from the bank notifying me of the arrears. Calling your call center is a nightmare as your agents are always unavailable. Can someone contact me to tell me what is going on so that I can get those account cleared from my credit report.
