Temp Loan Stuff Up!!
On the 25th September 2019 i received an sms that my temp loan was outstanding. Which i found unusual as you guys usually deduct automatically. I contacted FNB and spoke to Duncan, call was between 10:15 to 10:22 AM. He assured me that the temp loan has been repayed. Now I get an sms that says their was a techincal issue and there is an outstanding amount. Please contact me ASAP!! How am I at fault for this.
