Temp loan settled months ago still reflecting

I ended up closing my FNB accounts because of this temp loan nonsense and I still cant get rid of FNB! I settled my temp loan about 6 months ago and I am still waiting for you to update my records, my credit report still shows the loan it has no outstanding balance, it how ever shows the installment amount, this needs to be removed I am trying to apply for a homeloan and you are adding unnecessary amounts to my total monthly installments. FIX THIS
