Temp loan repayment

On the 27th of August 2019I had taken out a temporary loan with them and then it defaulted as my account was de*****ed however it was fixed, I got my salary on the 25th September 2019 and the amount was taken from my account however it is 2 years later and it is still showing as not paid, I went to the branch to querry this however the consultant gave me a phone to call the relevant department and to my surprise I got the worst service ever and my issue is still not resolved, now I app**** for a car and it declined because of this issue, this is affecting my credit score, I find this appalling for such a convenient bank which speaks highly of themselves but treat their customers like dirt!
