Temp loan repay
I took out a temp loan of R3000 and transferred the money to my savings pocket which is part of my cheque account. The next day when I transferred some of the money back, it got debited as a repayment of the loan... Seriously? I have no money in my account for debit orders which will bounce costing me additional banking fees on top of money borrowed which I haven't even got the chance to use. How can you use the same money you are borrowing to me to repay the initial loan? It is not money deposited in to my account it is money transferred from a savings pocket to the parent account. Please advise as the consultant at your call center can't do anything and just use the phrase "remember if money is deposited it will be used to repay the loan" (IT IS NOT MONEY DEPOSITED IT WAS THE SAME MONEY LENT TO ME TRANSFERRED BACK AND FORTH)
