Temp loan paid

I was contacted by attorny saying I owed R488.56 which I informed them I had been trying to get hold of you to pay it. Anyways they gave me bank details and I paid the amount outstanding and received my paid up letter. When I log onto FNB it has not come off, so I called in and the guy said \ I haven't paid it"when i said to him I have and have my paid up letter and where can I send it he said I can't send it to you as will make no difference as he cannot change the status of the account even if it has been paid. <br> <br> Now I would like to know when do you plan on clearing my account as any money that goes in to this account you will again take for the loan which has been paid and then I will never get that back from you.
