Temp loan not loaded as FNB claim

I lodged a complain regarding FNB temp loan, i received email from FNB to say my temp loan was successfully loaded unfortunately when i tried to access it is still not active and i also called their customers care i couldn't get help either. The question is if i can't get help from FNB as my banker then why should i continue banking with them. I never complained when they charge me from the service but when i need help is a different story. I'm disappointed and can't take this anymore
