Temp Loan Non Transparency

I have a temp loan, it is supposed to be cleared once your salary or funds are deposited into your bank account. I had 2 big deposits made into the account yet no money was taken to clear the loan. Unable to transfer funds to clear it myself. Now i am told i need to clear it by the 19th but i cant transfer funds to it and the bank never took the required repayment amount when funds were deposited into my account. Very sneaky FNB now my credit score will become affected due to your system not doing its job?
