Good day Dineke1,

This is very disappointing to hear as we always try to provide awesome customer service. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and for the poor communication on the delay with your request.

We've instructed our Temp loans team to liaise with the relevant parties involved to get this matter addressed and sorted out asap.

Reviewer Update

Good Afternoon,

This still isn't solved. They said that there was a returned debit order on my account, but all debit orders have been paid completely.

There was a "MAGTYPE" Transaction which were deducted yesterday, and then they charged me R8 for "no funds available, then they credited me again with the full amount which was deducted, without any reason. All my payments have been made..

I took out every month a temp Loan, and all of a sudden there is a problem?

Please help me sort this out? You are more than welcome to retrieve bank statements of which all debit orders had been paid sucessfully.

I await response.

Thanks
