Temp Loan Lies

SO i had to take a temporary loan to help a friend with his car, sure enough it was R7000, no problem, i can easily repay it back, this leads to my 1st Complaint, The consultant that assisted me told me that I CAN REPAY IT BACK either in 3 MONTHS or they will only deduct the money in September which gives me time to get the money from my friend, she said no problem, i just need to apply for it on the app, so i did. Next thing, YESTERDAY my salary comes off and boom, R7000 out of my salary, i phoned this morning and they cant do anything apparently and the consultant i spoke to gave me wrong information (NOT MY PROBLEM) i want this resolved, its utter nonsense service from a bank that i joined for its "Great" customer service. Either it needs to be reversed and i can pay it back next month or another option needs to be resolved!!
