Temp Loan Complain

Beginning of July I took a temp loan of R2260 with FNB as I needed money to add for my new apartment deposit. The temp loan was paid off as my agreement with the bank and in less than the 30days period.

Almost 3months now and the temp loan still appears under my credit score report as a monthly expense. I have contacted FNB SO MANY TIMES but they end up referring me from one department to another department. One of the consultants told me that it doesnt affect my score but I recently went to apply for a phone and the temp loan was formed part of my expenses. I do not owe FNB anything, I just want the temp loan to be removed under my credit score.
