Temp loan cancelled
I have been a loyal customer of FNB until it came to my attention that temp loan has been blocked since last year and i never failed to pay them and when i asked the consultant at the branch they claim there's nothing wrong with my account i should contact head office for further information. I am thinking of switching to another bank bcoz what is the use of staying with FNB if i can't benefits from their services. I need them to sort out this mess and apologize unconditionally.
