Temp Loan

Can you please update my Credit profile I have paid your loan, I just don't believe you are messing me up so much. First you give me a Temp loan in December then refuse to give me a loan after I have paid you then you don't close the account on the credit bureaus so how do you expect me to get a loan from people who are willing when you don't update your records please have this rectified ASAP my child is not going to school because of dealing with banks like you and rest assured this is the last month I will be using FNB
