Temp Loan Bad ethics

<p>I recently called temp loan department and am absolutely livid with the fact that they refuse to help. <br />The incident is that a few weeks back I bought stuff from take a lot. Com for my daughters stationary and they could not deliver on time so they reversed the transaction back to my account not a deposit. I am aware that deposites will be deducted. In fact they made a truck load of interest off me last month by taking the full amount of at least 3 or 4 times from deposites to my account, and it's fair because of their terms and conditions. <br />This money they took was set aside for my daughters stationary and was not a deposite but a reversal of funds and they refuse to reverse it... and now my daughter is at school with no stationary and will have to wait now due to this fact. It's unfair and ********* to do your business like this there is a major difference between deposites and refunds.<br />Please could you try and assist me in this because it's not a habit of mine.<br />Thank you <br />Samantha</p> <p> </p>
