Temp Loan Assistance

I dont see why i need to complain before getting proper assistance form your consultants, no one can assist me in stopping an activity-based payment no one in the whole FNB Premium Desk Care temp loan desk, I am unable to do it myself on the App coz it's not showing so who can assist me please. It's a Temp Loa n Activity Based Payment so stop sending me from pillar to post having to call and wait 20 mins for someone unable to assist me really FNB?
