Temp loan and personal loan balance

On 16 January, a Temp loan listing was added on my credit record. A few days later when I check, it was removed. It was added again on 26 January, this time it was not removed. It is still reflecting. I took a temp loan in October 2018 and settled in November of the same year. I would like to know if there is any reason for this listing to be added now on January 2019 despite the fact that the temp loan was settled in 2018 already and there are no previous temp loans recorded. Why specifically this one.

Please also note that I made a payment on 30 January 2019 on my personal loan, however, the balance was not updated.
