Temp loan and irrelevant sms's and emails

I have been offered a temporary loan from FNB on my online banking profile, of which I thought hell why not try it, and make use of the facility, even though I did not have a need for it, just wanting to take the facility and repay the amount as and when needed, obviously to build a record with the bank, upping my credit score etc.

I took the loan on 23 July 2017, after which I was sent a quote afterwards. I have 2 pay a finance fee upon repaying the loan. I had to repay the loan within 31 days. Everything was fine.

Today, the 25th, 2 days later a partial amount for the loan repayment has been taken back by the bank.

After reviewing the quote in fine detail, a specific clause and to the untrained eye, or layman... it reads that FNB will take any amount coming into your account as full and final settlement of this loan , whereas I havent deposited any amount since the loan was taken out.

APART from that

24 July 2017 I started receiving sms's and emails saying that my account is in arrears????

When I checked my cellphone banking as well as phoned in to verify this statement , my account was never in arrears , my card got declined several times due to my chip being faulty as well.

The banks' service has been going backward and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone , regardless of any benefits they might have.

I will be moving banks.
