Temp Loan

I recently took a temp loan and transferred the money into my savings account. When I transferred the money back into my transaction account FNB uses that same money to pay the temp loan. According to the t&cs FNB will use any deposit not transfers and this defeats the whole purpose of taking the temp loan. i contacted the web chat and chatted to Phumzile Khathi who refused to help reverse. I've been with FNB for the past 10 years and have always transferred into my savings and back to transaction account as and when i need to. If this is not resolved as a matter of urgency I'm closing my account.
