temp loan

i would like to advise people not to use fnb their service is very poor, i paid my temp loan 2 months ago, and i was told that is gonna take 10 day for fnb to update my credit score, now is been 2 month i still have fnb under my credit score showing that i still own them, why cant they tell me if they are broke and need more money so that i can pay again, now i cant buy a car or apply for credit anywhere, is that fair ? management should do something about this before no one is left to use fnb
