Temp loan

Good day

I took out a temp loan last year December and money was supposed to be deducted each time my account had money, reported it around the 8th January 2025 that no activity is going on in my account and I ended up using the funds I had. Money was due yesterday, I currently have nothing and today I woke up to smses being told of legal proceedings. I wanted to pay my money on time however FNB failed to deduct the funds and now they putting the blame on me, I will only have funds month end and I won't be able to pay it all at once so please bear with me
