TELLER WITHDRAW CHARGE INSANE
Im rather upset that i have been charged R242 to withdraw R15,000 from the teller..If the teller had alerted me that i will be charged that amount or even charged any amount to withdraw the cash then i would have certainly not withdrawn the money..She in no way advised me that i will be charged and i did not even know until i looked at my online banking and noticed the cash handling fee being deducted out of my account without my consent..I would like to be refunded that R242 as your teller did not alert me of this charge which was so discreetly deducted from my remaining balance..
