Tell your courier friends at take alot to bring my card

Very disappointed with FNB Takealot Delivery Team, the level of in competency is out of this world. MY business card is with the courier for almost 3 weeks, they keep postponing the delivery date, I'm unable to move on with my day to day life because FNB chose to work with pathetic Delivery company..

I want my card by Monday i can't wait the whole month for a card that i was supposed to be using and please train your consultants properly, the secure chat is not a nice place with the people behind the keyboard, most of them can't solve the issue brought to them, they are only good in apologizing for the inconvenient caused.
