Telephoning the deaf!

You have been informed on countless occasions that I am deaf and that you should communicate by email only, but the cretins in your call centre continually try to telephone me. I'm going to spell it out for you one more time: I AM DEAF! YOU CANNOT CONTACT ME BY TELEPHONE! COMMUNICATE BY EMAIL ONLY! Was that loud enough for you to hear?
