Telephonic ****?

I have just received a phone call from Jabulile (***) who said she works at FNB in Fairlands (but couldn't tell me the physical address of her place of business). She wanted me to confirm my details, which to me means she'll read them out and I'll do the confirming! But no, she wanted me to tell her all my personal details! I have no way of knowing whether this is a genuine call (she could not put me on to her manager) and I am certainly NOT going to provide this kind of information to an unknown person telephonically. This would be an extreme breach of security and I cannot believe FNB does business this way.
