Telephone System is up to nothing

I have a problem contacting FNB to support me. Attached mails that I have sent and I did report this last week already. Mails were sent, but we never received any feedback. That's my Private Banker relationship person and I. I even had a problem calling ***. There are a lot of the numbers on your website that just go dead if you phone them.<br> <br> So hopefully the e-mail will reach somebody and that I will not just receive and electronic acknowledgement and nothing further.<br>
