TELEPHONE SYSTEM FAILUR
I am trying to get info on a student loan, used the call back option. there is clearly a problem as soon as i answer the call drops. Surely the consultant can call from a different line, I am already considering using another service provider if FNB cant rectify this within the hour.

19 Feb 2025, 12:46I got a call from personal loans saying they cant assist with student loans, is anyone else seeing how pointless that call was? Can you or cant you assist with student loans this has to be finalised today.

19 Feb 2025, 15:28its been approximately 4 hours since logging this complaint, there was another call to me telling me student loans can only be done at a branch. please let me know where on your website it says this. Im disgusted that even tho i am an fnb customer the service is so poor. CAN FNB ASSIST WITH A STUDENT LOAN OR NOT. THIS IS HIGHLY FRUSTRATING

20 Feb 2025, 09:32I got a call this morning, and its shocking that nobody can answer my question as to what interest rate do i get if a take out a student loan of x amount paid over x period of time.
I am told about maybe prime minus maybe this and maybe that does someone have a clear answer.
