Telephone skills and disrespect.

Spoke to a lady by the name of Elelwani Maphangule and she was so rude ,had no telephone skills and does not treat customers with some respect even though my account was in arrears. Need FNB to take steps against her. I feel that she is unprofessional and does not know how to treat clients.
