Telephone lines SUCK at the call centre!!!

<p>I have phoned in to the call centre from numerous devices, but the lines are the worst. It sounds like you are on a voip line with a bad internet connection, you hear 5/6 words then 3 not because the line keeps breaking up. Please can this be fixed. Staff have only given me outstanding service. Please fix the lines </p>
