TELEPHONE ETIQUETTE

Supposedly FNB is one of the TOP banks in South Africa. Well I have been a client of FNB for over 10years,and today i lost my respect, trust and hope in them. As i am typing this review i am STILL on hold, where a really irritating, ear bleeding, mind screaming tone is playing,oh and to top that, they think that i will stay calm and "understand" if a women, a.k.a a MACHINE tells me that "we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls".

I would have understood if it was one branch, but to make it worse, this is the 3rd BRANCH i tried this morning. 3 Branches ACROSS South Africa.... WHAT IS THE ODDS FNB??? you not THAT busy.

To put the cherry on the cake,i phoned the "complaints department" 3.4 seconds FLAT and there was someone on the other line asing me how they can assist me.When i triwed to explain to Kevin,he sighed like a 13year old teeanager, who's parents told him to clean his room and asking me in a monotonous voice..."what is it exactly that your concerns are"

WELLDONE FNB on showing the most useless telephonic service in the country, little tip for free, customer service is very very important, start there, and your complaints line wount be that busy.
