TELEPHONE CONSULTANT SHOUTING AT A CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking service from FNB, closed my cheque account due to it not being used during LOCKDOWN!!!!! without even a courtesy call, sms or email. Further when I called the call centre to enquire what happened I had a consultant shouting at me actually shouting and when I requested to please stop shouting she put the phone down!!!! Beyond unprofessional!!!! Beyond disappointing!!!!
