Why in this day and age do you have to go into a bank to close an account? I opened a business account and made a mistake as i dont need it at the moment. Now FNB wants me to waste time and go into the bank to close it when the account was opened at my office. Please FNB you are the best bank in South Africa (in my opinion) so please keep it that way.
