Technical problem on the tax free notice accounts withdrawal for days!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY

FNB is useless. Has useless staff and a broken app. The app and online banking has had a technical problem on the tax free notice accounts withdrawal for days!!!!!!

So I need my money in 7 Days and no one is willing to assist me. This is ridiculous, i have a right to my money!!!!

However how long is it going to take for feedback??? Cause i need to request the withdrawal today to get my money on the 23rd of October without paying any penalties. I will not pay penalties cause your app and online banking is not working!
