Technical difficulties, that results to customer neglect

I have been calling FNB since the 11th of May 2022 in order to enquire about the funds that I withdrew from PayPal, they have been telling me that they have technical difficulties and I will get the money before the end of the day, that is the same statement that I have been getting on the 12th as well. FNB does not take people seriously as that is my money and not money that I am trying to borrow from them, they are playing with people, I have kids to feed and bills to pay and yet they do not even consider that, I think that PayPal should get another bank that they can link up with.
