Tebogo Koponi - What a star!!
I would just like to thank Tebogo Koponi from the Lynwood branch. I had a terrible morning deal with the "chat" online consultants. I was on the verge of moving all of my accounts, home loans etc but Tebogo was so helpful, he fixed all issues that were raised and was so friendly. Problems that have been on my account for the past several years that I have never managed to get rectified he had resolved in minutes. He is a huge asset to FNB !!
